Once your order has been marked as delivered by the postal service, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and secure.
- If you wish to return an item for a refund, the return postage cost is the responsibility of the customer.
- Refunds will not be issued for items that are damaged upon return, so we recommend using protective packaging and tracking when returning books.
- We do not offer refunds or exchanges for damaged items unless the damage occurred before shipment and was reported prior to delivery.

Australia and NZ only
If your parcel arrives damaged due to mishandling by Australia Post, please note:
- We can lodge a claim with Australia Post on your behalf, but we cannot issue a refund until the claim is approved.
- You will need to take the damaged box and all contents to your local Australia Post branch for inspection and verification.
- A refund or replacement will only be processed once Australia Post confirms the claim.
